Pilates Classes in Fairford
Shelley offers 2 types of Pilates classes:
- Small group classes at Fairford Therapy Centre
- Larger group classes at Fairford Community Centre
You may have been advised to do Pilates via your GP, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor as the many benefits of this form of exercise are being recognised more and more by Healthcare Practitioners.
Shelley is a qualified and registered Osteopath and trained in the Stott Pilates method. Classes are designed for all ages and ability and is particularly useful for those with back issues and chronic conditions. Contact now for more information
Pilates at Fairford Therapy Centre

Classes are offered at Fairford Therapy Centre :
- Monday 9am and 10am
- Wednesday 9am and 10am
- Friday 8am and 9am
Cost of Fairford Therapy Centre Max 4 Classes :
- Single Pilates session at Fairford Therapy Centre – £25 (Valid for 1 month)
- 5 x Sessions Max 4 Pass at Fairford Therapy Centre – £100 (Valid for 2 months)
- 10 x Sessions Max 4 Pass at Fairford Therapy Centre – £190 (Valid for 4 months)
Pilates at Fairford Community Centre
Larger than the Therapy Centre classes there are a maximum of 12 in these classes
Classes are :
- Tuesday 5pm
- Thursday 9am
- Thursday 5pm
Cost of Fairford Community Centre Classes :
- Single Pilates session at Fairford Community Centre – £15 (Valid for 1 month)
- 5 x Sessions Pass at Fairford Community Centre – £60 (Valid for 2 months)
- 10 x Sessions Pass at Fairford Community Centre – £100 (Valid for 4 months)

- Register with Team Up – Follow the link below
- Decide which classes you’d like to attend – Fairford Therapy Centre or Fairford Community Centre
- Purchase a single class pass to try – Or purchase a membership of a 5 or 10 class pass
- Then book your classes on the dates you’d like – Simple!
Shelley is also a qualified Osteopath (M.Ost) and is offering £20 off any initial Osteopathic treatment to all Pilates subscribers (Usual price £80). This is a 1 hour session that can be used as an Osteopathic assessment and treatment, or a Pilates 1-1 session (or a combination of both!)
This session will give you an insight into any injuries that you may have and can highlight which Pilates exercises would be more beneficial and specific to you. It will also maximise the Pilates sessions to ensure that you get the most out of the course.
