Physiotherapy

The aim of physiotherapy is to promote healing and restore normal function and movement using various techniques.

Physiotherapy at Fairford Therapy Centre places a strong emphasis on manual, ‘hands-on’ therapy.  A thorough assessment is important to establish causative factors for muscle and joint pain.  This process allows a Physiotherapist, to use extensive knowledge to devise the best course of treatment. Furthermore, strategies are put in place to prevent recurring injuries, improve strength, flexibility and general health.

Helping an individual recover from their injury and work towards a healthier, pain-free lifestyle is extremely motivating and professionally very satisfying.
